周林，醫(yī)學(xué)博士。2012年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位，2015年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院獲碩士學(xué)位，2018年畢業(yè)于復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬中山醫(yī)院獲博士學(xué)位。2019年入職上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第九人民醫(yī)院。以膀胱癌免疫治療為研究方向，2019年入選上海市揚(yáng)帆英才計(jì)劃，主持上海市科委項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。科研上聚焦于膀胱癌免疫微環(huán)境，以小鼠原位膀胱癌模型、人體腫瘤組織芯片、公共大數(shù)據(jù)以及分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)為研究手段，深入研究膀胱癌關(guān)鍵分子及信號通路對腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境的馴化，從而促進(jìn)膀胱癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展及耐藥，為開發(fā)新的治療靶點(diǎn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。以第一作者先后在OncoImmunology，J Urol、J Am Coll Surg 等國際權(quán)威泌尿外科學(xué)和腫瘤學(xué)期刊發(fā)表SCI 論文5 篇；此外還以共同第一作者在Urol Oncol、World J Urol等國際知名雜志發(fā)表SCI 論文4 篇。1. 專注于膀胱癌的規(guī)范化治療。對于非肌層浸潤型膀胱癌，注重疾病的全程管理，降低患者的復(fù)發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對于肌層浸潤性膀胱癌，注重?cái)U(kuò)大盆腔淋巴結(jié)清掃以及超擴(kuò)大盆腔淋巴結(jié)清掃，延長患者的生存時(shí)間；遵循王忠教授提出的修復(fù)重建理念，為合適的患者重建新的膀胱及控尿（原位新膀胱）。
